Springfield Clinic was using an antiquated and outdated practice management platform that included many manual processes and spreadsheets. Springfield had deficient and inefficient processes for how it performed billing and follow-up functions. The administrative team was auditing and monitoring the process, but revenue cycle performance wasn't optimal.
Springfield Clinic realized it needed to update and expand the capabilities of the Practice Management (PM) platform. The team turned to Allscripts for help. TouchWorks EHR for more than 10 years.
