Keeping IT solutions up and running can be challenging. Your organization is managing upgrades, updates, regulatory enhancements, disaster recovery, migrations and business continuity. It's even more challenging while also trying to reduce downtime and have critical skill sets on hand to best leverage your solutions. It’s about to get easier. Allscripts® Technical and Support Services can help.
With Allscripts, your organization gets:
Allscripts technical support model provides informative, proactive client communications regarding industry changes and regulations, as well as self-service tools to respond promptly based on case priority.
Allscripts support provides a single point of contact throughout the service contract and partnership, for monitoring customization, coordination, reports, monthly calls, weekly status updates on events and a summary of incidents.
Allscripts in-house monitoring is built to monitor Allscripts applications and cannot be found anywhere else. It will address the specifics of Allscripts applications far better than generic IT monitoring.
With Allscripts, organizations can decrease downtime, transform and optimize the environment, reduce the need for third-party consultants and reduce support cases, all of which reduce TCO.
What are Technical and Support Services?
Allscripts® Business Continuity (Downtime) Services assists clients by providing read-only access to critical patient data during scheduled or unscheduled downtimes of an organization’s EHR system.
Allscripts partners with Involta, an award-winning national provider of Hybrid IT solutions, to offer cloud-computing capabilities that can be tailored to the needs of any healthcare organization, enabling each to focus on patient outcomes and satisfaction, instead of IT infrastructure management.
Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) ensures critical business systems and protected data remain secure in the event of a natural, human-made or technological disaster. Protect data and network integrity, day-to-day operations, cashflow, industry compliance and client trust—while powering through disruptions, avoiding downtime and getting back up and running quickly and efficiently.
This service provides core infrastructure support, from monitoring through server, virtual servers, hardware, network and authentication.
Integration and Data Transformation Services provides expertise and consulting in the healthcare integration segment of the market—specifically, integration planning and architecture and interface development, whether integrating with Allscripts solutions or non-Allscripts solutions. These services enable our clients to connect multiple enterprise systems in and outside their organization.
Network Assessment and Consulting Services offers a comprehensive review of an organization’s existing network infrastructure. This review includes a mixture of questionnaires, interviews and potential on-site surveys, providing recommendations for improving network resiliency, serviceability and performance.
Allscripts® Proactive Application Monitoring Service is an intuitive service that helps healthcare organizations meet the highest levels of IT system performance, reduce unplanned application downtimes and potentially save on operating costs each year.
Proactive Maintenance is a flexible, subscription-based service that provides self-hosted Sunrise™ and Allscripts TouchWorks® EHR clients with the opportunity to have dedicated Allscripts experts manage the complexities of the Sunrise and TouchWorks EHR server platforms, including maintenance and monitoring activities.
