Academic Medical Center to Implement TouchWorks mEMR

Solutions (Nasdaq: MDRX) today announced a three-year agreement with Thomas
Jefferson University in Philadelphia to provide TouchWorks(TM) software
solutions. Jefferson has committed to a minimum of 100 physicians over the first
two years of the agreement and has the ability to expand the agreement for all
of their physicians. Jefferson will implement TouchWorks charge capture
application followed by TouchWorks modules for e-prescribing, dictation and
document management.

The TouchWorks Charge(TM) module will enable Jefferson to improve billing
accuracy as well as enhance charge capture. Jefferson will also add TouchWorks
Rx+(TM) e-prescribing application and modules for dictation and document
management, building their solution into a full mobile and modular electronic
medical record, or mEMR(TM).
