Seven-Hospital System to Enhance Safety and Automate Patient Tracking in the ERCHICAGO and PEORIA, Ill., May 31, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ — Allscripts

announced that OSF Healthcare System has selected the HealthMatics(R) ED
Emergency Department Information System (EDIS) to automate emergency
operations and improve access to patient information for more than 200,000
annual patient visits in five of the organization’s seven hospitals and three
urgent care clinics.

Medical Center, Galesburg, IL; OSF Saint James – John W. Albrecht Medical
Center, Pontiac, IL; and in three OSF PromptCare clinics in Peoria and Morton,
IL. Vermillion indicated that the EDIS will eventually be deployed in two
additional Emergency Departments within the OSF Healthcare System.
