2004–Allscripts Healthcare Solutions (Nasdaq:MDRX), the leading

Cornerstone Health Care, one of the largest multi-specialty groups in
North Carolina, will implement the TouchWorks electronic medical
record (EMR) for use by more than 100 of their providers across
twenty-six locations. This technology will enable Cornerstone
physicians to create and manage patient records electronically, with
access available from their offices, the hospital or their homes when
they are on call.
