In addition to this recognition, several other Allscripts solutions –
Allscripts ED Emergency Department Information System, Allscripts Professional
EHR, Allscripts Document Management, Allscripts Homecare, and Allscripts
Practice Management – all placed in the Top Three in categories in which they
compete, according to the report released Dec. 15. KLAS rankings are generated
by in-depth interviews with thousands of actual end-users of the products
reviewed.

Allscripts Enterprise earned the “Best in KLAS” designation as the top
Electronic Health Record for practices with between 26 and 100 physicians.
Ninety-three percent of both Allscripts Enterprise and Allscripts Care
Management clients surveyed said they would buy the solutions again – higher
recommendations than respondents gave all other products in their respective
market segments.

“Our top placement in KLAS, the ‘Consumer Reports’ of healthcare I.T., is
confirmation from physician groups and hospitals that Allscripts continues to
lead the marketplace,” said Glen Tullman, Chief Executive Officer of
Allscripts. “We are particularly proud of our consistent performance across
all of our products because it confirms that we’re succeeding at what is most
important – delivering for our clients.”
