What goes on the Comments page?  Any narrative that you would like to have expressed in the patient’s record.  There is no limit to the size of any comment.  Some groups will use this to document all narrative about the patient during a pregnancy – including small SOAP notes – while other groups just use it to document phone calls or interactions with the patient that were not part of an office visit.
