Allscripts customer support staff oversees all aspects of
the product implementation for new clients. Our staff of
nurses and social workers will work closely with your organization
to evaluate your approach to care management and provide
suggestions to strategically streamline and automate the
process in Allscripts Care Management. The flexibility of
Allscripts Care Management allows clients to integrate their
own assessments, guidelines and workflows into the product.

Care Management can be fully installed in as little as 90
days. During this process, we work closely with your team
to tailor the application to match your care management processes
and to train you on how to make these changes in the future.
Allscripts
customer support staff also provides extensive onsite, hands-on
training and support. The training is customized to your
organization's needs and separate train-the-trainer sessions
are provided to Allscripts Care Management administrators
and designated super users of Allscripts Care Management.
These individuals will then be involved in the overall training
to all of the care management users. In order to ensure a
successful start, the Client Services team stays on-site
after the training to support the users during the Allscripts
Care Management go-live.
