Form Builder

Forms for reporting and chart generation can be created electronically using the Form Builder feature within Allscripts ED.  Form Builder's powerful rules engine allows for dependent presentation of information based on previous entries, supporting JCAHO Core Measures and CMS Pay-for-Performance Initiatives.
