Allscripts Referral Assistance Program (RAP), formerly ECIN, helps hospitals quickly identify post-acute care options for hard to place patients. RAP is a service, not software. No up front costs and no commitment: an Allscripts case manager leverages a national network of facilities and relationships to quickly present placement options to the hospital – often within a single day.
