From O'Hare International Airport:

Start out going northeast on departures
Merge onto I-90 E
I-190 E becomes Kennedy Expy E/I-90 E
Take the Express Lanes and exit on the Left toward Armitage Ave.
Merge onto I-90 Express Ln / I-94 Express Ln / Kennedy Express Ln.
Take the East Ohio St exit
Turn right onto N Orleans St.
Turn Left onto W Illinois St.
Turn right onto N Wells St.
Turn right onto Merchandise Mart Pl / W North Bank Dr.

From Chicago Midway Airport:

Start out going North on S Cicero Ave / IL-50 toward Parking Acc.
Merge onto I-55 N / Stevenson Expy N.
Take the I-90 W / Dan Ryan Expy / I-94 W exit - EXIT 292A - toward Wisconsin
Merge onto I-90 W / I-94 W via Exit 53A toward Wisconsin
Take the East Ohio ST exit - EXIT 50B
Turn right onto N Orleans St.
Turn Left onto W Illinois St.
Turn right onto N Wells St.
Turn right onto Merchandise Mart Pl / W North Bank Dr.

To Libertyville, IL Office

From O'Hare International Airport:

Upon leaving O'Hare Airport, take I-90 East (the only road out of O'Hare) to the Exit called I-294 North toward Rockford/Wisconsin
After the exit, stay on the main highway toward Wisconsin (do not follow signs to Rockford). You will be required to pay a $0.50 toll. Along the way you will pass Dempster Street, Willow Road, Deerfield Road, Townline Road which is Route 60 and Route 176.
Stay on 294 North for approximately 25 minutes (294 will eventually turn into I-94)
Exit at Illinois Route 137 (Buckley Road) and turn left (West). You will be on Route 137 for approximately 4.3 miles to Peterson Road (while traveling on Route 137, you will pass O'Plaine Road, St. Mary's Road, Milwaukee Avenue then Butterfield Road).
As soon as you pass Butterfield Road there will be a Peterson Road exit on the right. Take that exit and stay on Peterson for 1.3 miles.
A short distance after Route 45, you turn left on Franklin to the first street on the right which is Commerce Drive
Turn right on Commerce Drive to the second driveway on the left
Follow the driveway around the building going right at the junction to the center which is the main entrance to the building. This is the west side of the building.
Total time from O'Hare, approximately 35 minutes.

From Downtown Chicago:
(Michigan Avenue or loop area)

Go North or South to reach Ontario Street and go west. Ontario leads to the ramp taking you to the Kennedy Expressway.
Take the Kennedy Expressway - local or express lanes North to the junction of the Edens Expressway and the continuation of the Kennedy to O'Hare Airport. Be careful to take the Edens to the right if on local lanes or to the left if in the express lanes for approximately 20 miles.
After Clavey Road the Edens turns into Route 41.
Take the Route 137 (Buckley Road) exit from Route 41 - the exit is on the left. You will see a Speedway Gas Station on the left. While traveling on Route 137, you will pass Route 43, O'Plaine Road, St. Mary's Road, Milwaukee Avenue then Butterfield Road. You will be traveling approximately 5.7 miles.
As soon as you pass Butterfield Road there will be a Peterson Road exit on the right. Take that exit and stay on Peterson for 1.3 miles.
A short distance after crossing Route 45, you turn left on Franklin for 2/10 of a mile to the first street on the right which is Commerce Drive.
Turn right on Commerce Drive to the second driveway on the left.
Follow the driveway around the building going right at the junction to the center which is the main entrance to the building. This is the west side of the building.

From the North:

Take Route 41 (the Tri-State Tollway), Waukegan Road, or Milwaukee Avenue South to Route 137 (Buckley Road)
Turn right (West) on Route 137 to Butterfield Road, approximately 5.7 miles. While traveling on Route 137, you will pass O'Plaine Road, St. Mary's Road, Milwaukee Avenue then Butterfield Road.
As soon as you pass Butterfield Road there will be a Peterson Road exit on the right.
Take that exit and stay on Peterson for 1.3 miles.
A short distance after crossing Route 45, you turn left on Franklin for 2/10 of a mile to the first street on the right which is Commerce Drive.
Turn right on Commerce Drive to the second driveway on the left.
Follow the driveway around the building going right at the junction to the center which is the main entrance to the building. This is the west side of the building.

From the South:
Coming from the South to Allscripts can be accomplished via Milwaukee Avenue, the Tri-State Tollway, or Route 41.

Take any of the above to Route 137 (Buckley Road) then go West (left) to Butterfield Road.
As soon as you pass Butterfield Road there will be a Peterson Road exit on the right.
Take that exit and stay on Peterson for 1.3 miles.
A short distance after crossing Route 45, you turn left on Franklin for 2/10 of a mile to the first street on the right which is Commerce Drive.
Turn right on Commerce Drive to the second driveway on the left.
Follow the driveway around the building going right at the junction to the center which is the main entrance to the building. This is the west side of the building.

From the West:

Take Route 53 North to the Lake Cook Road West Exit (the expressway ends at this point).
Take Lake Cook Road West to Hicks Road and turn right (North).
Take Hicks Road to Route 83 and turn left (Hicks Road also ends at this point). Continue on Route 83 for approximately 5 miles. At this point, Route 45 North begins.
Continue North on Route 45 for approximately another 4 miles to Winchester Road.
Turn left on Winchester.
You will see a sign for Lincoln Commerce Center at a street called Franklin. Turn right on Franklin for 2/10 of a mile.
Go to the first street on the left which is Commerce Drive.
Turn left on Commerce Drive to the second driveway on the left.
Follow the driveway around the building going right at the junction to the center which is the main entrance to the building. This is the west side of the building.

From O'Hare International Airport to the Marriott Lincolnshire Resort:

Take I-294 North.
Exit at Half Day Road which is Route 22.
Turn left onto Half Day Road. Continue on Half Day Road approximately 3 miles to Milwaukee Avenue (Route 21).
Turn left onto Milwaukee Avenue.
Go one block to Marriott Drive.
Turn left on Marriott Drive and proceed to the registration/check-in area.

From the Marriott Lincolnshire to Allscripts.

Turn right onto Milwaukee Avenue (Route 21) heading North and proceed to Buckley Road
Turn left on Buckley Road (Route 137) then go West (left) to Butterfield Road.
As soon as you pass Butterfield Road there will be a Peterson Road exit on the right.
Take that exit and stay on Peterson for 1.3 miles.
A short distance after crossing Route 45, you turn left on Franklin for 2/10 of a mile to the first street on the right which is Commerce Drive.
Turn right on Commerce Drive to the second driveway on the left.
After turning left onto the driveway, Allscripts will be the first building coming up on your right.
Follow the driveway around the building going right at the junction to the center which is the main entrance to the building. This is the south side of the building.

To Chicago, IL (O'Hare Office)

From Downtown Chicago:

Go North or South to reach Ontario Street and go west. Ontario leads to the ramp taking you to the Kennedy Expressway(also known as I-90 W/I-94 W).
Keeping to the left, take the Kennedy Expressway 13 miles to Exit 43B toward O'Hare/Rockford.
Merge onto IL-171 S/N Cumberland Ave by taking the exit marked 79A.
Go about a half mile and then turn right onto W Bryn Mawr Ave.
Total from Downtown: approximately 20 minutes

From O'Hare Airport

Upon leaving O'Hare Airport, take I-90 East (the only road out of O'Hare).
I-190 E will become I-90 E/ KENNEDY EXPY E, follow this for 3 miles until the IL-171 S/N Cumberland Ave exit marked 79A.
Go about a half a mile and then turn right onto Bryn Mawr Ave.
Total time from O'Hare Airport: approximately 10 minutes

From Midway Airport:

Start out going North on S Cicero Ave / IL-50.
Merge onto 1-55 N also known as the Stevenson Expressway and go about 5 miles until the I-90 W/I-94 W exit 292A toward Wisconsin.
Follow for about 10 miles until the 43B exit towards O'hare on the left hand side.
Follow for 5 miles and then merge onto IL-171 S/N Cumberland Ave exit marked 79A.
Go about a half a mile and then turn right onto Bryn Mawr Ave.
Total time from Midway Airport: approximately 35 minutes

To Burlington, VT Office

Directions from the Burlington International Airport:

Turn left out of Airport Parking Lot.
At first traffic light go straight through intersection to Kennedy Drive.
At second traffic light go straight, this is intersection of Kennedy Drive and Hinesburg Road.
At third traffic light go straight to overpass (Route 189).
At next intersection turn left onto Route 7 South (Shelburne Road).
You will go past the IDX 1400 Shelburne Road building.
At the next traffic light, turn left onto Green Mountain Drive
The entrance to Allscripts is at the top of the hill on the right.

Directions from the Radisson hotel in downtown Burlington:

Exiting the Radisson parking garage, turn left onto Battery Street.
At second traffic light, turn left onto Main Street.
At second traffic light, turn right onto St. Paul Street.
St. Paul Street merges into Route 7 South, which then becomes Shelburne Road.
Follow Shelburne Road past the IDX 1400 Shelburne Road building.
At the next traffic light, turn left onto Green Mountain Drive
(Toyota and Jeep dealerships are on either side of Green Mountain Drive).
The entrance to Allscripts is at the top of the hill on the right. (Grey stone modern building with a big glass window in the center).

To Louisville Office

From Louisville International Airport:

Start out going West on Terminal Dr.
Merge onto Watterson EXWY/I-264 E/US-60 E
Travel approximately 4 miles and merge right onto I-64 E via exit number 19A toward Lexington
Merge onto S. Hurstbourne PKWY/KY-1747 N via exit number 15 toward U.L. Shelby Campus/Middletown
Travel approximately 1.5 miles on S. Hurstbourne PWKY and cross Shelbyville Rd. onto N. Hurstbourne PKWY
The Allscripts office is located just ahead on the right in the Forum Office Park
Allscripts is in Building II, Suite 160

To Cary, NC

From Airport/Durham:

Take I-40 East towards Raleigh
Take Exit 293, US-1 SOUTH/US-64 WEST (this exit has 2 off-ramps)
Take the 2nd off-ramp, towards Wake Forest/Raleigh (US-1 N/I-440 N)
Exit onto Jones-Franklin Road (Exit 1 C)
At light, turn Right onto Jones-Franklin Road
Go to next light and turn Right onto Dillard Drive
Allscripts is the first building on your Left

From Wilmington and Fayetteville:

Stay on I-40 West to exit 293 (This exit has 2 ramps)
Take the 1st off ramp (US1 North and 440 Inner Beltline).
Exit onto Jones-Franklin Road (Exit 1 C)
At light, turn Right onto Jones-Franklin Road
Go to the next light and turn Right onto Dillard Drive
Allscripts is the first building on your Left

Stay on Hwy 71 West for approximately 9 miles
Take Capital of Texas Hwy/Loop 360 Exit

Take Route 101E to Milford, NH
Take the 101A-East Exit toward Nashua, NH
Turn Right off the exit and stay on 101A East for about 6.5 miles
Look for signs to RT 3 and Turn Left onto the RT 101A BYPASS/SOMERSET PKWY. The Ground Round will be on your left.
Turn Right onto Trafalgar Square
Turn left at the stop sign onto Trafalgar Square
The office is located adjacent to the Crowne Plaza at 20 Trafalgar Square on the 6th floor
