Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Jackie joined Allscripts in June 2011, bringing with her more than 20 years of legal experience. In her most recent role prior to joining the company, she served as the General Counsel for the Healthcare IT and Performance Solutions divisions of General Electric (GE). 

Jackie joined GE Healthcare as Associate General Counsel in 2002, was promoted in 2006 to General Counsel of the global healthcare IT division of GE, and her role was expanded in 2011 to include serving as General Counsel of the Performance Solutions division of GE Healthcare as well as the Healthcare IT division.

Jackie has a wealth of leadership experience in private practice as well as with entrepreneurial organizations, including a number of privately held software companies. She also previously worked in management roles at The Dow Chemical Company, including serving as the Brand Manager for Saran Wrap brand plastic film.  Throughout her career, Jackie has built an impressive resume of experience and results in the important areas of technology licensing and strategic partnering transactions, corporate governance, compliance and public reporting, acquisitions and integration of companies.

Jackie holds a law degree from Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor’s of Science in Management degree from Purdue University. She lives in the Chicago area with her husband and two children.
