Cliff Meltzer

Executive Vice President, Solutions Development

Cliff leads all product development for the company, focusing on product integration and creating a world-class product development organization driving the strategic technology development vision for Allscripts. He joined Allscripts in July, 2011.

Cliff has extensive experience in integrating technology platforms and has provided leadership to organizations such as Apple, Cisco, IBM, Digital Fountain and, most recently, CA Technologies, where he led a 1,400 person development team. His 20 years of experience include responsibility for the development of hundreds of products and thousands of team members across multiple global locations.

While Cliff's educational background has a strong technical foundation (BA in Mathematics and MS in Computer Science, both from University of Rochester), he began his education with a degree in Piano Performance at Julliard School of Music.
