Paul Black is Allscripts Chief Executive Officer and President and sits on the Company’s board. Black became CEO in December 2012, after serving on Allscripts Board of Directors for seven months. As Chief Executive Officer, Black oversees the direction of the company and its commitment to delivering a Connected Community of Health™.

Chief Financial Officer
Rick Poulton is responsible for all financial operations at Allscripts. Poulton also oversees Legal, Compliance, Business Development and Strategy for the company. He has more than 18 years of experience working in public companies.
Dennis Olis
Senior Vice President, Operations
Dennis Olis leads the company strategy on operational effectiveness. He also is accountable for our India Operations and Information Technology.
Joe Carey
Senior Vice President, Client Operations
Joe Carey is responsible for managing all aspects of the client experience at Allscripts, with the goals of providing excellent service, driving the shared strategic goals of the clients and the company, and streamlining our client and business processes. Included in his mandate is the client support operation for the company.

Cliff leads the Solutions Development organization in driving the company’s strategic technology development vision, following 30 years of development and management experience at leading technology companies. He focuses on creating a world-class development organization to deliver both key product requirements and innovation.
Steve Shute
Executive Vice President, Sales & Services
Steve Shute leads the Sales and Services organization at Allscripts. He joined the Company in July 2011 and brought significant leadership experience to Allscripts, with an emphasis on helping clients use technology to solve complex issues and to take advantage of transformational opportunities.
Deborah Snow
Senior Vice President, Culture & Talent
Deborah Snow is responsible for leading the Culture & Talent organization, including all human resources functions, at Allscripts. Her passion and commitment for helping people realize and exceed their potential is underpinned by a strong background in operational excellence. Her team is focused on building a high-performance culture of business, team and personal performance – supported by learning, development and transparent communications. Snow’s role also includes global hiring, leadership and career development, benefits and compensation, as well as community relations.
