Chief Executive Officer and President
Paul Black serves as Allscripts’ Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director. Mr. Black was appointed CEO in December 2012 after having served on Allscripts Board of Directors for eight months. As Chief Executive Officer, Black leads the direction of the company and its global commitment to delivering an Open, Connected Community of Health™.
Chief Financial Officer
Rick Poulton is responsible for all financial operations at Allscripts. Poulton also oversees Business Development and Strategy for the company. He has more than 18 years of experience working in public companies.
Senior Vice President, Operations
Dennis Olis leads the company strategy on operational effectiveness. He also is accountable for our India Operations and Information Technology.
SVP and General Counsel
Brian Farley is Allscripts Senior Vice President and General Counsel and serves as Corporate Secretary. Farley brings more than 20 years of legal experience to Allscripts, including, most recently, serving as General Counsel for Google’s Motorola Mobility Home business. In this role, Farley managed all legal matters and operations for the nearly $3.5 billion operation, including issues related to manufacturing, sales, IP, litigation, and employment, culminating with the $2.35 billion sale of the Home business to Arris Group, Inc. Brian managed a global legal and public policy team supporting a business with employees located in 42 countries.
President, Allscripts International
Rich Berner is President of Allscripts International. Prior to joining Allscripts, Berner served as Senior Vice President at Caradigm, a Microsoft/GE joint venture, where he led the client organization, driving customer value and shaping the vision for the company’s solutions.
Senior Vice President, Solutions Development
Jim leads the Solutions Development organization, driving the company’s strategic technology development vision. He focuses on creating a world-class development organization to deliver both key product requirements and innovation.
