Lee Shapiro
President
Lee oversees the company's strategy, government relations, mergers and acquisitions, international operations, business development and partnerships, health plan initiatives and business activities in the areas of analytics and information services. He also serves as executive sponsor for Allscripts key strategic relationships.
Bill Davis
Chief Financial Officer
Bill is responsible for all financial operations of Allscripts. Since joining the company in 2002, he has overseen revenue growth from nearly $80 million to approximately $1.4 billion today, with profits increasing at a compounded annual growth rate in excess of 25%. He has also helped lead several key strategic transactions for the company.
Diane Adams
Executive Vice President of Culture and Talent
Diane is accountable for shaping the human resources vision, culture, talent and executive development strategies that will enable Allscripts to meet rapidly-changing business and market requirements. The Culture and Talent team is focused on building a high-performance environment where people, learning and fun are the priorities.
Cosmo Battinelli
Senior Vice President, Client Support Services
Cosmo leads all aspects of the company's global product support operations as part of Allscripts focus on continuous quality improvement through a systematic, client-centric approach. He and his team are committed to helping clients realize optimal value from the company's solutions.
Joe Carey
Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Joe is responsible for managing a group of Allscripts largest clients, with the goals of providing an excellent client experience, meeting implementation milestones, removing business road blocks and continuing to drive the shared strategic goals of the client and the company. In addition, Joe serves as the executive sponsor for 14 clients.
Stephen Lalonde
Executive Vice President, Sales Operations
Steve leads sales operations for the company. He has been with Allscripts since 2007, and over that time has played critical roles in leading Sales through organizational change, such as the reorganization associated with the 2008 merger with Misys and 2010 merger with Eclipsys.
Laurie McGraw
Chief Client Officer
Laurie is responsible for the overall Allscripts client experience, ensuring that all clients realize and receive expected value from the company's applications and services. In this role she directs client account planning and account management processes while establishing and building key reference sites that will serve as national showcases.
Cliff Meltzer
Executive Vice President, Solutions Development
Cliff leads all product development for the company, focusing on product integration and creating a world-class product development organization driving the strategic technology development vision for Allscripts. While new to Allscripts, he brings 20 years of experience in development and management at leading technology companies.
Dan Michelson
Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer
Dan develops and drives the 'go-to-market' strategy for Allscripts. Since joining the company in 2000, he has led teams in marketing, sales, product management, strategic planning and government relations. The American Marketing Association described his role at Allscripts "as one of the most interesting and influential jobs in the marketing profession."
Steve Shute
Executive Vice President, Sales & Services
Steve leads a team of 1,800 employees in sales and services functions at Allscripts. Joining the company in July 2011, he brings more than 14 years of leadership experience to Allscripts, with an emphasis on helping clients utilize technology to solve complex business issues.
Jacqueline Studer
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Jackie joined Allscripts in June 2011, bringing with her more than 20 years of legal and leadership experience. In her most recent role prior to joining the company, she served as the General Counsel for the Healthcare IT and Performance Solutions divisions of General Electric (GE).
