Philip M. Pead
Chairman of the Board
Philip Pead is Chairman of the Board of Allscripts, in addition to an operating role which includes his focus to help the company in four key strategic areas: operational integration; product integrity; international growth strategy; and client relationships and partnerships. Previously Mr. Pead was President and Chief Executive Officer of Eclipsys, as well as Director of the company, from 2009 to 2010.
Catherine M. Burzik
Cathy Burzik is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (NYSE: KCI). Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, KCI is a leading global medical technology company devoted to the discovery, development, manufacture and marketing of innovative, high-technology medical therapies for the wound care, tissue regeneration and therapeutic support system markets. KCI operates in more than 20 countries with 7,000 employees and annual revenues of nearly $2.02 billion.
Dennis Chookaszian
Since 2007, Mr. Chookaszian has served as Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council. From 1999 until 2001, Mr. Chookaszian served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of mPower, Inc., a financial advice provider focused on the on-line management of 401(k) plans. Mr. Chookaszian served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CNA Insurance Companies from 1992 to 1999. During his 27-year career with CNA, Mr. Chookaszian held several management positions at the business unit and corporate levels, including President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to 1992 and Chief Financial Officer from 1975 to 1990. Mr. Chookaszian currently serves as a director of CME Group, Inc., Career Education Corporation, LoopNet, Inc. and Insweb Corp. and, within the past five years, has served as a director of Sapient Corporation. Mr. Chookaszian is a registered certified public accountant.
Eugene V. Fife
Eugene V. Fife is a member of the board of directors for Allscripts, having been a director of Eclipsys since May 1997. In addition, he served as Chairman of the Board of Eclipsys from 2001 to 2010.
Marcel Gamache
Marcel L. "Gus" Gamache is a member of the board of directors for Allscripts, having served on the board of directors for the company since August 2003.
Philip Green
Philip Green is a member of the board of directors for Allscripts, having served on the board of directors for the company since 1992.
Edward Kangas
Edward A. Kangas is a member of the board of directors for Allscripts, having been a Director of Eclipsys since June 2004. Previously, Mr. Kangas served as Chairman and CEO of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from 1989 to 2000 and served as the Managing Partner of Deloitte & Touche (USA) from 1989 to 1994. Earlier in his career he led what is now Deloitte Consulting.
Michael Kluger
Michael J. Kluger is a member of the board of directors for Allscripts, having served on the board of directors for the company since 1994.
Glen Tullman
Chief Executive Officer
Glen E. Tullman is Chief Executive Officer of Allscripts. Mr. Tullman joined Allscripts as Chief Executive Officer in August 1997 to lead the company's transition into the healthcare information sector. He led the Initial Public Offering and Secondary Offerings of the Company, driving the company to become the leading provider of clinical software, connectivity and information solutions
